CryptoInvoice (“the Service”) is software that generates payment requests displaying your blockchain addresses and monitors public blockchain data to report whether a matching transaction has occurred. The Service does not hold, transmit, convert, or control any funds at any time. Payments are made directly between the payer and you on public networks.
We are not a bank, exchange, custodian, payment processor, money transmitter or financial adviser. Nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you, including tax reporting and any licensing your own business may require.
You must only use addresses you control, keep your secret key safe, and use the Service lawfully. You may not use the Service for fraud, sanctions evasion, sale of illegal goods, or to deceive payers. We may suspend workspaces that violate these terms.
Detection relies on third-party blockchain APIs and exchange-rate providers. The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Confirm high-value payments independently in your own wallet or a block explorer before releasing goods. We do not guarantee uptime, detection speed or rate accuracy.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. We cannot refund, recall or redirect any payment, including payments sent to a wrong address, wrong network or without a destination tag.
Pro is a prepaid, non-refundable subscription for a fixed term, activated automatically when the corresponding payment confirms on-chain.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost funds or indirect damages.
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. Questions: open an issue via the dashboard's support link or the pay page of the operator.
